Pollin builds AI tools for independent retailers and operates managemyvendors.com. Questions about this policy can be sent to jake@pollin.life.

We collect information you give us through forms on managemyvendors.com, Facebook, Instagram, and when you book a call. This usually includes your name, email address, store name, and details about your retail business. We also receive standard technical information such as your IP address, browser, and device through cookies and Meta's advertising pixel. When you submit a form through an advertising platform, Meta may pass us the answers you provide, including pre-filled information. We never receive your passwords.

We use this information to contact and support you, understand our marketing, improve our products, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.

We share information only with service providers that help Pollin run its business, including email, scheduling, hosting, analytics, and Meta advertising providers. We may also disclose information where required by law, or as part of a merger, acquisition, or business transfer.

You can unsubscribe using the link in our emails or by contacting us. You can request access to or deletion of your information by emailing us. Depending on where you live—including California, the EEA, or the UK—you may have additional privacy rights.

This is a business tool. It is not directed to anyone under 18, and Pollin does not knowingly collect information from children.

Pollin uses reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, but no method of storage or transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.

We may update this policy from time to time and will reflect changes in the “Last updated” date. If a change is significant, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you directly.
